Senior Management Team
Brian is a business veteran with over 25 years of sales, marketing and operations experience. His marketing experience includes responsibility for the development and introduction of new brands and business processes and his selling background includes managing the activities of a 100+ member sales team. He also has sales and operations management experience within a call center environment selling customer service solutions. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of North Florida. He and his wife have lived in the Atlanta are for over 20 years. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, and is active in the Special Olympics community.
Dave joined CRI in 2007 and serves as the company's Operations Manager. Dave is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. In addition to managing the concrete coordination team and inside sales team, he is responsible for maintenance and upgrades of CRI's network and other office technology. Prior to joining CRI, Dave spent several years with a commercial heavy construction supplier. Throughout his career he has gained extensive experience in operations, finance, and information technology. In addition, Dave's strong customer service and sales background provide tremendous value to our customers. Dave received a BBA in General Business from University of Georgia. Dave, his wife, and two dogs live in Monroe, Georgia. When away from work, Dave enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family.

in 2006 bringing over 20 years of business experience from both the
entrepreneurial and non-profit sector. Besides providing the accounting and
reporting functions for the company, Deborah participates in marketing events
and works closely with the concrete coordinators to help resolve any customer
issues. Deborah previously owned and operated a retail wood-heating business and
prior to joining CRI, was the Financial Coordinator for Hospice of NGMC. Deborah
graduated with honors receiving her BBA in accounting from Brenau University.
Deborah and her husband Dean currently live in Suwannee. They enjoy family time
with their three daughters and two grandchildren. 
Jay joined CRI in 2007 bringing over 20 years of sales experience with him. Jay
owned and operated a small decorative concrete business before joining CRI. Jay
is originally from Washington, DC, but has lived and worked all over the
southeastern US for the past 23 years. Currently he and his wife, Karen, live in
Tucker, GA. Jay and Karen have 2 children. Jay graduated with honors from the
University of Maryland with a BA in Art History. In his free time, Jay enjoys
riding his Harley.
